Lebanon - Beirut

Regional Travel Advice
- Travellers are advised to avoid any travel to certain areas of Lebanon, e.g. Tripoli, and any borders with Syria. Visitors should consult their national travel advisory or those of the agencies listed above before travel.- Arrival: getting through customs and immigration at the airport can be stressful, and we suggest using Tristar Worldwide’s meet-and-greet service to help make the process easier. You will be greeted as you disembark your flight and escorted all the way through customs, to your chauffeur.- Due to security risks, in addition to dangerous driving standards and frequent road closures, travellers are advised to use a reliable chauffeur service when travelling in Lebanon. - Security checkpoints along major and minor roads are common throughout Lebanon, and travellers are advised to carry identification – ideally their passport – with them at all times.
